Who are we and why the heck did we build a social anxiety planner?

HI, WE'RE KATI & JANKA. 👋

Our connection with social anxiety is personal.

Endless nights of sitting on the bedroom floor talking about overwhelming thoughts, anxieties, and the fear that nothing will ever change. This was how we grew up as sisters with social anxiety that relied on each other through everything.

As time went on, we’d always find ourselves back on the bedroom floor, trying to talk (or sob) our way through the struggles. It seemed that nothing existed that could keep us consistent in beating social anxiety in the long-run: 

Therapists would come and go, amazing books would be binged and soon forgotten, scribbled-on worksheets stuffed in the back of a drawer. And then we’d just find ourselves back on the bedroom floor again. There was good content out there that made sense, but we just couldn’t figure out how to use it to make real changes in our real worlds.

Then we had a lightbulb moment.💡

We needed to build something. One of us worked in communications and the other created educational content across different industries for a living. We were both in the business of making complex ideas easy to understand and creating impactful content. We decided that it sort-of-obviously made sense to build something for ourselves that could help. And the cherry on top would be if it could help others too. 🍒 

So we went back to the best social anxiety books out there with a different perspective. And we spent almost 2 years diving deep into the research, with the goal of building something that would help us consistently work on kicking social anxiety’s butt. 

Through our research, we found the same message again and again: social anxiety is rooted in our habits. So we decided to build a product that would focus on habit-building… and a planner just made a whole lot of sense. 

The unsnoozers planner is built with the intention of supporting and guiding you as you combat social anxiety, and we hope that it feels like the support system that we had in each other while sitting on the bedroom floor.

Our planner is a digital planner in PDF format. A link to access your planner will be sent to your email once you complete your purchase. And you'll also be able to download it directly from our site.

What's your return policy?

Our policy does not allow for any refunds at this time. As the unsnoozers social anxiety planner is a digital file, there is no way of actually "returning" it once it is purchased.
